French-Norwegian CCS Match-making Conference 2024

You are invited to join us in France for the French-Norwegian CCS Match-making conference, taking place in Paris, followed by an industrial tour and B2B matchmaking with local companies in Dunkerque.

Following the recent French-Norwegian partnership on green industry, this match-making event will gather key political and industrial actors to enhance the possibilities for cooperation on CCS and for the decarbonization of the industry.

A French-Norwegian approach aims to address challenges and find solutions for a greener industry through bilateral cooperation. This approach aims to decarbonize existing industries throughout the entire value chain and foster the creation of new green industries.

The Norwegian CCUS Association, part of Polytechnic Society, and the French Club CO₂ signed a Memorandum of Understanding during the 2022 French-Norwegian Hydrogen & CCS Forum in Paris, outlining collaboration areas for CCS. This agreement was reinforced in 2024 at The French-Norwegian Green Industry Forum, signaling a commitment to strengthen bilateral cooperation on CCUS solutions between France and Norway.

This conference is organised by the French-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with Innovation Norway, the Norwegian Embassy in France, the French Embassy in Norway, Team France Export, Business France, Ministry of Economics and Finance (France), Hauts-de-France, Norwegian Energy Partners, French Club CO₂ and the Norwegian Polytechnic Society.
