Om Breidablikk

Breidablikk is a subsea tie-back project, including 4 of 6-slots template and 23 production wells, tied back to the Grane platform.

This project contains a topside modification scope of the host platform, SPS equipment, SURF marine campaigns and drilling of wells. The production will be monitored by high-tech digital tools from Equinor’s integrated operations centre at Sandsli, securing high value creation from the wells. Breidablikk is one of the largest undeveloped oil discoveries on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS) and will create substantial value for Norwegian society and the owners, while securing high activity and jobs for many years ahead, as 70 percent of the value creation in the development phase accrues to Norwegian companies.

Breidablikk is an important project that fits into Equinor’s updated strategy for optimized oil ang gas portfolio, utilizing and prolonging production from existing infrastructure on the NCS.
